A Global Itinerary

From the time she introduced the technique of Sahaja Yoga in 1970, Shri Mataji was almost constantly on the move – giving public programs, being interviewed by the media, speaking at international conferences and seminars, establishing non-governmental organizations, and spending time with her global family.

There was nowhere too small or too distant to warrant a visit. From the foothills of the Himalayas to the Outback of Australia, from London to Istanbul to Los Angeles, Shri Mataji dedicated her time to sharing the experience of self-realization with everyone who desired it.

The amount of travel she undertook is incredible. In just over 40 years, she taught and established Sahaja Yoga in over 95 countries – a testament to her inexhaustible energy and complete dedication to the cause of spiritual transformation everywhere.
