On 21st March 2023, we commemorate the 100th Year of Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi’s Birthday.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Shri Mataji founded the worldwide movement of Sahaja Yoga meditation in 1970. Her meditation enables everyone to attain their spiritual rebirth through Kundalini awakening – Self Realisation. Shri Mataji’s free meditation is now practiced in over 100 countries.<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

21 Day Meditation Courses<\/h3>\r\n

25th February to 17th March 2023<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

21 Day Meditation Courses will be offered in various languages during this time for those who wish to learn and experience true meditation. Course will be available in English, French, Italian and other languages.<\/span>
