Exposez-vous pleinement et soyez totalement en conscience sans pens\u00e9e \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Supposons que vous ayez des pens\u00e9es. A ce moment-l\u00e0, observez simplement vos pens\u00e9es, mais ne vous y impliquez pas.
