La tradition indienne de l&#8217;ayurv\u00e9da est une approche holistique (globale) de la sant\u00e9 qui reconna\u00eet le lien entre spiritualit\u00e9 et sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\t<p>Suivant cette approche, Shri Mataji a red\u00e9couvert un syst\u00e8me \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique subtil de canaux et de plexus nerveux qui gouvernent l&#8217;ensemble du corps humain. Elle a \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 ce qu&#8217;est la clef de ce syst\u00e8me : une \u00e9nergie f\u00e9minine nourrissante appel\u00e9e Kundalini dont il est question dans les \u00e9critures indiennes anciennes. Shri Mataji a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le comportement humain, et les effets de cette \u00e9nergie sur le syst\u00e8me subtil.
