Vous \u00eates tout le temps en m\u00e9ditation. <\/div><\/div>\n\t<h4>Le mot m\u00e9ditation a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9fini et interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 de mille et une mani\u00e8res, de la r\u00e9flexion profonde sur un sujet au fait de s&#8217;asseoir tranquillement, les yeux ferm\u00e9s, totalement concentr\u00e9.<\/h4>\n<p>La m\u00e9ditation dans le Sahaja Yoga est bas\u00e9e sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/shrimataji.org\/test\/fr\/realization-du-soi-et-meditation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">R\u00e9alisation de soi<\/a>, o\u00f9 la <a href=\"https:\/\/shrimataji.org\/test\/fr\/la-kundalini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kundalini<\/a> (l&#8217;\u00e9nergie subtile int\u00e9rieure) du pratiquant est \u00e9veill\u00e9e, conduisant \u00e0 un \u00e9tat connu sous le nom de Nirvichar Samadhi (conscience sans pens\u00e9e). Shri Mataji a insist\u00e9 sur le fait qu&#8217;il n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas n\u00e9cessaire d&#8217;abandonner la vie en soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour obtenir l&#8217;illumination spirituelle. La base de cette technique repose sur l&#8217;\u00e9veil de cette \u00e9nergie qui existe en chacun de nous. C&#8217;est notre choix personnel de conserver cet \u00e9veil par la pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. C&#8217;est une exp\u00e9rience de m\u00e9ditation <a href=\"https:\/\/shrimataji.org\/test\/fr\/la-conscience-sans-pensee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sans effort<\/a>, plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;un exercice de pleine conscience ou de concentration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"su-quote su-quote-style-default\"><div class=\"su-quote-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\"> Quand vous faites les choses sans effort, la m\u00e9ditation fonctionne encore mieux.<\/div><\/div>\n\t<p>Des \u00e9tudes m\u00e9dicales men\u00e9es en Australie et en Inde montrent que les syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;hom\u00e9ostasie du corps, les m\u00e9canismes de gu\u00e9rison, sont sollicit\u00e9s lorsque l&#8217;on m\u00e9dite en conscience sans pens\u00e9e. Il n&#8217;y a pas de restrictions alimentaires ni d&#8217;obligations religieuses \u00e0 suivre globalement, car chaque pratiquant apprend \u00e0 choisir sa propre voie selon sa propre personnalit\u00e9, son propre temp\u00e9rament et ses objectifs spirituels. Il n&#8217;y a pas vraiment de niveau de d\u00e9part sp\u00e9cifique car chaque parcours est parfaitement individuel et chaque personne diff\u00e9rente.
