Te vuelves meditativo. Est\u00e1s todo el tiempo en meditaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/div><\/div>\n\t<h4>Meditaci\u00f3n es una palabra que ha sido definida e interpretada de innumerables maneras diferentes, desde reflexionar profundamente sobre un tema hasta sentarse en silencio con los ojos cerrados y la atenci\u00f3n concentrada.<\/h4>\n<p>La meditaci\u00f3n en Sahaja Yoga se basa en la <a href=\"https:\/\/shrimataji.org\/test\/es\/realizacion-del-ser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Realizaci\u00f3n del Ser o la Autorrealizaci\u00f3n<\/a>, donde se despierta la <a href=\"https:\/\/shrimataji.org\/test\/es\/kundalini-es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kundalini<\/a> (la energ\u00eda interior sutil) del practicante, lo que conduce a un estado conocido como Nirvichar Samadhi (conciencia sin pensamientos). Shri Mataji enfatiz\u00f3 que era innecesario abandonar la sociedad para alcanzar la iluminaci\u00f3n espiritual. La base de la t\u00e9cnica es el despertar de esta energ\u00eda que existe en todos, y se centra en la decisi\u00f3n individual de acogerla y practicarla. No hay restricciones diet\u00e9ticas ni obligaciones religiosas. Cada practicante tiene la opci\u00f3n de elegir su propio camino, ritmo de progreso y objetivos espirituales.
