Man bliver meditativ. Man er hele tiden i meditation.<\/div><\/div>\n\t<h4>Meditation er et ord, der er blevet defineret og fortolket p\u00e5 utallige forskellige m\u00e5der, fra at reflektere dybt over et emne til at sidde stille med lukkede \u00f8jne og fokuseret opm\u00e6rksomhed.<\/h4>\n<p>Meditation i Sahaja Yoga er baseret p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/shrimataji.org\/test\/self-realization\/\">selvrealisering<\/a>, hvor ud\u00f8verens <a href=\"https:\/\/shrimataji.org\/test\/self-realization\/\">Kundalini<\/a> (den subtile indre energi) v\u00e6kkes, hvilket f\u00f8rer til en tilstand kendt som Nirvichar Samadhi (tankel\u00f8s bevidsthed). Shri Mataji understregede, at det ikke var n\u00f8dvendigt at forlade samfundet for at opn\u00e5 \u00e5ndelig oplysning. Grundlaget for teknikken er v\u00e6kkelse af denne energi, som findes i alle, og den centrerer sig om den enkeltes valg om at tage den til sig og praktisere den.
