The Yin & Yang of Life

Now this ecological problem can be solved as soon as human beings get transformed and develop their balances.  Because we are imbalanced, that’s why the nature has gone into imbalance.

Today’s fast paced world poses many challenges to a peaceful existence both within ourselves as individuals as well as part of a global society faced with global problems. Climate change, economic and social imbalances, all are symptoms of deep conflict in our human awareness which we cannot balance just by seeking external solutions. Without knowing the true meaning of our existence, we paradoxically continue to search externally for solutions to problems without taking a deep look inside ourselves. If we can connect to our innate nature, we can tap into the source which will provide the solutions.

To find our central path, we need to be aware of our own subtle inner balance. The feminine (yin) and masculine (yang) archetypes mold our personality and express themselves in the nature of our emotions, desires and actions, which influence the subtle balance of energy in our left and right channels. Excessive tendencies in our life style strain this natural balance and we experience physical, mental and emotional problems.

Sahaja Yoga meditation introduces us to new state of thoughtless awareness. In the state of deep silence, we find the right path for ourselves, our fellow beings and our society, and everything unfolds spontaneously, revealing a whole new world beyond our imagination.
